1 cup of fresh Strawberries
1 cup of fresh Raspberries
2 cups of fresh Kale
¼ cup of fresh ginger
16 oz of water
Wash strawberries, raspberries, and kale thoroughly to remove any dirt that may be on it.
Place all ingredients into a blender. I highly recommend using a high powered blender such as a Ninja blender that is built to crush foods and ice.
Blend until completely chopped and mixed.
