Strawberry, Raspberry and Kale Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup of fresh Strawberries

  • 1 cup of fresh Raspberries

  • 2 cups of fresh Kale

  • ¼ cup of fresh ginger

  • 16 oz of water


  1. Wash strawberries, raspberries, and kale thoroughly to remove any dirt that may be on it.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender. I highly recommend using a high powered blender such as a Ninja blender that is built to crush foods and ice.

  3. Blend until completely chopped and mixed.

  4. Serve and enjoy immediately or store in fridge for up to 3 days.
