Shrimp Fried Rice Made Easy!

Here is an amazing recipe for Shrimp Fried Rice using only one pan! Alcohol and nut-free, this is a quick and easy complete meal that you can make in 15 minutes or less! Now you can enjoy the taste of restaurant-quality takeout without having to order out.

Instructions to Season Shrimp

  1. Clean and season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.

  2. Set aside for 5 minutes as you begin to cook the other ingredients.


Instructions to Make Shrimp Fried Rice

  1. In a wok or a large and deep sauté pan, warm the 3 tbsp of olive oil.

  2. Once the olive oil is warmed, add 1 tbsp of crushed fresh garlic. 

  3. As the garlic begins to sizzle, add ½ a cup of diced sweet onions. Sauté the garlic and sweet onions for about 1 minute but do not allow the garlic brown.

  4. Add 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots. Stir and sauté the ingredients for about 1 minute. 

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger. Stir and sauté pan contents for 2 minutes. 

  6. Add seasoned shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes before shifting all the pan contents to one side. 

  7. Add 2 beaten eggs to the empty space in the pan. Allow the eggs to cook and scramble them every couple of seconds until it has become firm. This should take about 1-2 minutes.

  8. Combine all pan ingredients together and sauté for 1 minute until completely mixed. 

  9. Add 3 cups of cooked rice, 2 chopped stalks of scallions, and 3 tbsp of soy sauce to the pan. Sauté while stirring for about 2 minutes. 

  10. Remove the pan from the heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
