Coconut Milk

Coconut Milk is a white milky substance that is extracted from the flesh of mature coconuts. Its benefits include but are not limited to stimulating weight loss, lowering cholesterol, improves heart health, boosts your immune system, and boosts metabolism.


Avocado is a high-fat food that is loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. High in fiber, avocados can contribute to weight loss thanks to their high percentage of insoluble fiber (75%). They can help to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, have more potassium than a banana, and are rich in antioxidants that can help protect your eyes.


Pineapples are tropical fruits and one of the few members of the bromeliad family to produces edible fruit. There are high in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. They also aid in digestion, promote bone strength, support eye health, have anti-inflammatory benefits, and boosts your immune system.
