  • 1 cup Almond Flour (112g or 3.95 oz)

  • 3 teaspoon Baking Powder (14g or 0.49 oz)

  • ⅛ teaspoon Kosher Salt (1g or 0.02 oz)

  • 5 tablespoon Butter (71g or 2.5 oz)

  • 5 Large Eggs (300g or 10.58 oz)


  1. Preheat an oven to 375 F. 

  2. Place almond flour, baking powder, and salt into a food processor.

  3. Melt the butter in a microwave save bowl, then add it to the food processor.

  4. Crack all the eggs into a separate bowl. Then add to the food processor slowly with the processor running. 

  5. Pour batter into a parchment-lined baking pan that has been greased on all sides. This makes it easier to remove once baked.

  6. Bake in the oven 25-30 minutes. 

  7. Let bread cool completely before slicing with a bread knife.

*Table Salt can substitute Kosher Salt. Just cut the recommended serving of Kosher Salt in half.*
