I love Keto Bread toast and would eat it every day if I didn’t have to bake a new loaf every other day. One day I thought to myself, “What else can I try with Keto Bread?" So in my desire to try something different, I came up with this tasty little snack idea.

Ready In: 20 min
2 slices of Keto Bread (see recipe here)
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Cut each slice into vertical strips about ½ an inch wide. You can also cut the strips horizontally. It will give you longer but fewer pieces.
Place the strips of Keto Bread onto a non-stick pan or parchment paper. Spread them out so they do not touch.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until the top of the strips have a slight sheen.
Switch the oven to LOW broil for an additional 3-5 or until golden brown.
Allow to cool or eat immediately with your dip of choice.
